gift bag makeover

I often wonder why gift bags can cost upward of four dollars when seemingly equal-quality bags are given away for free at local department stores.  The only difference is the store logo.  So, why not reuse some scraps of pretty wrapping paper from past gifts to add strategically placed festive décor to conceal said logos?  Get crafty, save money and be eco-friendly at the same time!
